PowerSchool Information

PowerSchool parent portal accounts must be created using a web browser, not through the PowerSchool Mobile App.  To begin, click the PowerSchool Parent Portal Login button above (or click here) and create an account using the following instructions:

• Create a Parent Account in PowerSchool and Access My Child's Information

 

 

The Appropriate Use Agreement pertains to the appropriate use of Division resources by the student.  It should be reviewed with students and acknowledged by parents.

• Locate and Acknowledge the Appropriate Use Agreement in the PowerSchool Parent Portal

Once your parent portal account has been setup, we recommend downloading the PowerSchool Mobile app for day-to-day tracking of your child(ren)'s progress.  

• Install and Sign-in to the Mobile APP

 

 

• View Assignments in the Mobile APP
• View Class Outcomes (Standards) for Elementary and Jr. High CTF courses in the Mobile APP
• Set Up Notifications in the Mobile APP
• Resolve the Recent Sync Issues with the PowerSchool Mobile APP

• Setup Email Notifications in PowerSchool
• Check Student Attendance and Assessment (Outcomes Based Reporting)
• View Your Child's Year-End Report Card in the Parent/Student Portal
• Completing the yearly RSVP Submission in the PowerSchool Parent Portal

The Returning Student Verification Process (RSVP) begins AFTER February of each year and confirms the accuracy of student information on file and verifies the student’s intended school for the next school year.  An RSVP submission must be completed for EACH child for whom you have custody.

Once the school has contacted you to complete the RSVP, please follow the steps listed HERE.

*PLEASE NOTE: If you do not see the RSVP link in your PowerSchool Parent Portal menu, please contact your child's school.
