If students or parents need to contact the IT Helpdesk for a technical issue, please call the IT Help Desk phone number listed below, during Help Desk Hours, or use the "Submit a Request" link to the right. *Please note that ALL support tickets require an Evergreen student username and password to login.
If a student has forgotten their password, or needs a password reset you can call the IT Help Desk phone number (1-877-327-4874) during Help Desk Hours (M-F: 8am-12pm & 1pm-4pm).

**FOR STUDENTS AND PARENTS WHO HAVE UNRELIABLE INTERNET CONNECTIONS**
There is a feature in Google Meet that allows participants to "Dial-in" to join the meeting. PLEASE DO NOT use the "Dial-in" phone number. This number is a US-based phone number and will likely result in high long-distance charges.
Instead, please ask the host of the meeting (Teacher) to call your phone number from the Google Meet to add you to the meeting. Please note that the call will display as an unrecognized number on your Caller ID.
**Remember that if you join the meeting via phone, you must press *6 to mute and unmute yourself.
