Regular Public School Board Meetings

Regular Public School Board meetings are generally held on the second Monday of each month during the school year at 1:00 p.m. in the Boardroom of the Evergreen Catholic Separate School Division Office, located at Suite 110, 381 Grove Drive, Spruce Grove, Alberta.

Regular Board Meeting agendas are posted on the Division website and are available no later than 4:00 p.m. on the Monday one week prior to each meeting. Agendas and supporting materials may be viewed on the School Board Meetings webpage.

Public parking is available north of the division office entrance.

All regular Board meetings are open to the public. Members of the public are welcome to attend and observe the proceedings.

Minutes of Board meetings are posted once they have been approved by the Board at a subsequent meeting.

The Board Secretary is responsible for the preparation of agendas and the coordination of public attendance and delegation presentations. Individuals wishing to attend or present as a delegation should contact the Board Secretary at 780-962-5627 to make the necessary arrangements and obtain additional information.
