Today, our school was placed in a Hold and Secure at [time] as a precautionary measure while the authorities investigate an incident in the community. All students are safe and classroom instruction is continuing, as usual.
Parents and Guardians PLEASE DO NOT come to the school, contact your child’s phone, or phone the school. It is important for us to keep the lines open for communication with our local authorities.
We will advise you when the Hold and Secure has been lifted using our school websites and the appropriate communication channels.
