Regular Board Meeting Information

Regular Board Meeting agendas are posted on the Division website and will be available no later than 4:00 p.m. on the Monday one week prior to the meeting. Agendas and supporting materials can be viewed at ecsrd.ca/School-Board-Meetings.

Board meetings are held in the Boardroom of the Evergreen Catholic Separate School Division Office, located at Suite 110, 381 Grove Drive, Spruce Grove, Alberta. Public parking is available north of the division office entrance.

Regular Board meetings are open to the public. Members of the public are welcome to attend and observe the proceedings.

The Board Secretary is responsible for the preparation of agendas and the coordination of public attendance and delegation presentations. Individuals wishing to attend or present as a delegation are encouraged to contact the Board Secretary at 780-962-5627 for additional information and to make arrangements.
