COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION FORM
Please understand that submitting the online registration form DOES NOT guarantee enrollment in an Evergreen Catholic School. Each submitted registration will be reviewed by the school administrator and approval will be granted based on residency, programming, and available space. If approved, you will be contacted by a representative of the school.
Please refer to the Evergreen Catholic Schools Boundary Maps to help determine your residency and designated school.

*RETURNING STUDENTS
If your child is currently enrolled in an Evergreen Catholic School, you do not need to complete the online student registration form. Please review the "RSVP" section of the PowerSchool Information page. The school will send out information regarding the RSVP closer to, or shortly after, February 1st of each year.
