At St. Peter the Apostle we are pleased to offer courses at a variety of levels to meet all of our students' needs.
A course descriptions document can be found in the School Documents section of our website which provides a description of the courses available to students, as well as the entrance requirements/suggestions for each course. Please don't hesitate to contact the school if you have any questions about course selection.
Students who are working towards achieving a High School Diploma, should make course selections with the following in mind:

Students who are working towards achieving a Knowledge and Employability (K & E) Certificate should make course selections with the following in mind:
K & E Certificate Requirements
In order to receive their High School Diploma, students must complete:
- 10 credits from Career and Technology Studies (CTS) or Fine Arts or Second Languages or Physical Education 20 or 30 or Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP) or Work Experience
- 10 credits in any 30 level courses in addition to English and Social Studies
One way to achieve these credits is through enrollment in an elective or "option" course. The course descriptions document details the option courses available to grades 10 - 12 students, at SPA.
Grade Nine students at SPA are not permitted to have a 'spare' in their timetable.
